Wahhh
Just pulled out a pile of crap from under my bed that I have to go through/throw out…..today’s gonna be fun fun! But time to get a fresh start for the new year.
Christmas Review
So I added up my Christmas expenses & in total it came to just less than $300. Not too shabby. Could have done better, but not by too much. I did not count the cost of taking my sis out to dinner/drinks a couple times with friends (roughly $120). I made $492 for my freelance work since I started in November, so that works out really well! I’m satisfied. ;)

Crap
The weight I lost after college is creeping back up on me…can’t wait for Christmas season to be over so I can have my weekend workouts back! Not to mention I’ve stopped doing Insanity every night with Raf. Maybe I should buy it for myself…
Speaking of Raf, he’s moving to NYC next month…I don’t know what I will do without him, my closest friend....
…and just like that, I remember I’m making far less than I should be. Thank you college education, economy, and bad planning. UGH. And the unfortunate reality is that those who start out at a low income will never catch up & will always make significantly less than their peers.
I need to break free from this.

New Year
Next week I will meet my Emergency Fund goal (Merry Christmas to me!) & I’m on track to finally pay off my credit card by the end of February/beginning of March! My new goal is to do enough freelancing to pay it off a month early. I can’t tell you how good this makes me feel. I can’t wait for February!
