My Insanity purchase didn’t work out. It was a fraudulent post on ebay, lol. I took that as a sign. I loved Insanity when I was doing it with Raf, but without him I don’t know how it would work out. He pushed me so much, so I’m not sure if I would be as committed to it without him here. I started looking into other alternatives like TurboFire. It looks really fun & I am very tempted to just buy it.
My gym membership is up for renewal this month & I’m considering letting it go as long as I get an alternative. Lately I haven’t been working out at all, but I have been eating surprisingly well, so I haven’t gained too much weight back. My goal is basically to look good for summer/swimsuit season. I look & feel OK now, but definitely not as confident as I was when I was working out regularly. I hope TurboFire will get me the same results as Insanity….
